Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES) Coordinator (Greenfield)

Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Coordinator for the Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES) Program. The coordinator provides program leadership including staff training, supervision, completion of data reporting, for a performance-based program providing job readiness training, job placement and retention services for families receiving DTA TAFDC benefits throughout Franklin and Hampshire Counties.

Work with teams to develop and implement curriculum, barrier identification and resolution, develop relationships with area employers to facilitate job placement using a trauma informed and positive youth development approach. Strong interagency collaboration skills required.  Track, monitor, and report program outcomes. Develop processes for ongoing quality improvement of program implementation. Experience in workforce development program and successful staff supervision skills required.

Candidates must pass a CORI and, have a reliable vehicle, and a safe driving record. Strong team, positive work environment, excellent training. $25.72-$27.30 per hour depending on qualifications.
