City of Greenfield VHRC-Administrative Clerk -Grant Funded Health Department Part-Time 19 hours/Week, Not benefitted This position is funded by a Public Health Excellence (PHE) Grant. Designed to support the Special Commission on Local and Regional Public Our Valley Health Regional Collaborative (VHRC) Consists of the following municipalities: Greenfield (lead Agency), Montague, Deerfield, Sunderland, Shutesbury, and Leverett. Performs diversified routine or semi-complex clerical administrative support for the Health Department and inter-municipal grant staff; all other related work as required that is logical to the position. Works under the direction of the Health Director or designee and in conjunction with the Shared Services Grant Coordinator. High School diploma or G.E.D. required; Microsoft Office (or similar) applications experience required. Two years of office experience in a municipal environment is preferred.
