Shire Village Camp is seeking responsible, attentive, and safety-focused lifeguards to oversee campers during swimming and waterfront activities. Lifeguards are expected to ensure the safety of all participants, enforce camp aquatic rules, and respond swiftly in case of emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor camper and staff activity in and around the water.
Prevent accidents by enforcing safety rules and maintaining a watchful presence.
Perform rescues and administer first aid/CPR as needed.
Conduct daily safety checks of aquatic facilities and equipment.
Participate in staff meetings and emergency drills.
Promote a positive and inclusive environment at the waterfront.
