Customer Service Associate (Full-Time, On-Site)

OESCO, Inc. is a family-owned, owner-operated business that has been supplying orchards and farms with quality equipment, supplies, and service since 1954. We take pride in supporting our agricultural community and are looking for a reliable, team-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our small, dedicated team.
Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role focused on providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in an often fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system
- Provide counter service and assist walk-in customers
- Help customers identify parts and retail products
- Support general front-end and office operations and other team needs
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using POS systems and computers
- Ability to learn new software and internal systems
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
- Team player with a positive, helpful attitude
- Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
