Education Team Leader (ETL) – 1.0 FTE
The Mohawk Trail Regional School District is hiring a full-time Educational Team Leader to support
students in grades 7 through 12. Responsibilities include:
● scheduling, coordinating, and leading IEP team meetings
● assigning and supervising sections of the IEP to related service providers
● writing key portions of the IEP
● participating in child study teams
● coordinating with guidance counselors, adjustment counselors, and other members of a
student’s team
● Communicating with teachers about student progress
● Establishing and maintaining routines that support the team’s fidelity to timelines, as required
by state and federal regulations
Requirements:
● MA certification in Special Education
● Experience with Esped or other web-based systems of IEP management
● Knowledge of the IEP process and laws
● Experience writing
● Experience scheduling and running virtual meetings using Google Meet
● Ability to communicate effectively with parents and school professionals
● Strong computer skills and understanding of Google Suite.
