The ideal candidate will assist with many aspects of the real estate process on both the listing and buyer side, helping ensure smooth transactions while working closely with clients and the many professionals involved in each sale.
Responsibilities May Include:
*Assisting with listing preparation and marketing
*Coordinating appointments, showings, inspections, and closings
*Communicating with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions
*Managing paperwork and transaction timelines
*Helping maintain organized systems and client communication
*Assisting with social media, marketing, and general office support
*Supporting buyer and seller client experiences from start to finish
Qualifications:
*Strong communication and organizational skills
*Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
*Comfortable working with people and managing multiple tasks
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Real estate license preferred, but not required
