We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Duties

Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is conveyed.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and resolve any issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage client information efficiently.
Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while handling calls in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving customer service processes.
Analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery and address recurring issues.
Process cash handling transactions accurately and securely as required.
Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
Strong typing skills with proficiency in data entry tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Familiarity with client services principles and practices is advantageous.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
