CNC Operator – 2nd Shift
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $34.00 – $39.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. This role is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and CNC programs
Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Ensure parts meet quality specifications and tolerances
Troubleshoot machine issues and communicate with maintenance or supervisors
Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:

3+ years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
Experience working with tight tolerances
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with ISO, quality, and safety standards preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
