Energy Programs Referral Specialist (Greenfield) 

Community Action Pioneer Valley’s Energy Programs has an opening for a Referral Specialist. This position is responsible for front-end client services including initial intake, determining eligibility, referrals, and emergency services. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, be comfortable using computers and being on the phone, and enjoy helping others. This is a 37.5 hour a week position. Pay range $20.16 to $21.39/hr.
