What we need from you

 
You show up. Every day. On time. Ready.
 
You can read a tape measure (non-negotiable).
 
You know your way around basic tools — or you’re willing to learn.
 
You take pride in what you build and don’t cut corners.
 
You work with the team — not just next to them.
 
You can get yourself to the jobsite or meet us at our shop in Greenfield, MA — reliable transportation is a must.
