Design Engineer
Greenfield, MA

We’re looking for a creative and driven Design Engineer to help solve complex fluid spray challenges across a wide range of industrial applications. If you enjoy hands-on engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and bringing innovative products to life, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Design and develop innovative products to solve customer spray process challenges
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams
• Create prototypes, analyze test data, and drive design improvements
• Support manufacturing processes (CNC machining, casting, welding)
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, standardization, and cost

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with 3D CAD (AutoDesk Inventor preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing experience and knowledge of fluid dynamics a plus
