Wax Assembler

We’re hiring a Wax Assembler to support our foundry operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a team that produces high-quality components, this is a great opportunity to grow in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:
• Assemble, inspect, and repair wax patterns to meet quality standards
• Operate wax injection equipment and perform first-piece inspections
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and ISO procedures
• Identify defects and perform basic repairs or route non-conforming parts
• Rotate workstations and support team production goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and a safe work environment

What You Bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Basic blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic computer/data entry skills
