CNC Swiss Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

We’re looking for experienced CNC Swiss Machine Operators to join our growing team! If you have 6–10 years of machining experience and enjoy hands-on, precision work in a team-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and machine codes
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot issues and make program edits as needed
• Support training of junior operators and promote shop safety

What You Bring:
• 6–10 years of CNC machining experience (Swiss preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Experience with machine setup, tooling, and program adjustments
• Solid shop math and problem-solving ability
