CNC Operator – 2nd Shift
South Deerfield, MA

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in South Deerfield, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating Bridgeport-type CNC machines who is looking for a stable, well-paying position.

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $34 – $39 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Operate Bridgeport-type CNC machines
Set up and run machines according to job specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:

Experience operating Bridgeport or similar CNC machines
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable and able to work independently
Previous manufacturing experience required
