We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Office Associate to be the backbone of our Shelburne, MA office.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Front-Line Support: Professionally answering and directing incoming phone calls, providing exceptional first impressions for our clients and partners.
Documentation Management: Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all office-related materials.
General Office Support: Performing a variety of administrative and supportive tasks as needed to maintain a well-organized and productive office environment. This may include data entry, filing, scheduling, and office supply management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
